Our Facility

S.P.E.E.D. Hockey Development is located at Canlan Ice Sports Etobicoke. It’s just off Highway 409 and Martin Grove Road in Etobicoke, Ontario.

S.P.E.E.D.’s facility includes the latest in functional training equipment, and contains very few machines.

Some features include:

• Squat Racks, Lifting Platforms, Bumper Plates and Free Weights
• Pro-Grade Kettlebells, Tires, Plyoboxes, Hurdles and Ladders
• Gymnastic Rings, Climbing Ropes and Battle Ropes
• Prowlers, Sleds, Parachutes and Bungee Sprints
• All Sessions are run by Certified Professionals
