Yoga with Parry April 2014.

Well, actually, it is yoga, and it’s amazing.

Our yoga instructor Parry helps athletes with all of the following and more!:

–       Physical recovery

–       Mental recovery

–       Mobility

–       Flexibility

–       Mental toughness

SPEED YOGA CLASSES RUN ON MONDAYS AT 1:30PM and  from January to March 2015.

Laura: “Big thanks to Parry Mo for kicking my butt today! Parry’s yoga class was like nothing I’ve ever done before. I usually get bored in yoga classes with the usual progression of poses, but Parry lead with completely new poses and hands-on adjustments. I’ve always been intimidated with gyms, but at SPEED I feel like I’m working out with friends in a safe, fun environment.
