The contribution of the foods you consume is likely the most under-rated part of a performance training plan. SPEED students receive advice on ways to enhance their eating habits through increasing their nutrient intake. We believe that diet supplementation should be secondary to learning how to get the absolute most benefit out of the foods that you eat, and that this is especially true amongst younger, growing athletes.
All of our full day summer camps, our High Performer Program and many of our week long camps include nutrition education sessions as well.
